Please note that registration is considered confirmed only after payment is received. Unconfirmed slots may still be reassigned to other registrants.

STEP 2
Pay the participation fee via any of the following:

a. Visit the Creative Juice/ Mommy Mundo office
2/F Fun Ranch, Frontera Verde, Ortigas Ave.
Open Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm.

b. Via Bank deposit to our bank account. Account Information below:

*For bank deposits, kindly email us your scanned deposit slip with your complete name to info@mompreneurmanila.com. Please also make sure to bring your deposit slip to the event.

c. PAYPAL

For Paypal, you may settle fees by using the Paypal widget below. Kindly email a screenshot of your payment details to info@mompreneurmanila.com to confirm payment.

Choose the rates from the drop-down menu (Rates are: 2,500 for Early Bird Registrations until Aug. 19, 2013 and 3,000 for the Regular Rate) and click on “Add To Cart”.
