  • Price. What are your price points? Are you affordable and accessible? Or are you offering high-end goods and services to a more niche clientele. This is all answered by your brand positioning strategy. 
  • Communicate consistently across all touch points. If you’d like your brand to leave a strong impression, craft a consistent message that sticks. Your social media, website, and customer support (just to name a few) should convey the same story. Creating a consistent brand helps people easily recognize and place your brand over time. It also helps people be more comfortable interacting with your brand along different touchpoints because they know what to expect.
