Danella has been a communications practitioner for over 20 years from various industries and fields of expertise. After spending her early working years in more hands-on positions in coordination and management, she went on to be a co-founder to companies dedicated to championing the entrepreneurial mindset and personal growth such as co.lab, Homegrown Media, Full Suite, Emerging Islands and the most recent one, The Secret Sauce, just to name a few of her endeavors. She even does work in NFT’s now.

What were your top three motivations for starting your own business?
I realized that the reason I have succeeded (or not) in life and work has always boiled down to how well I communicated: connected with people, illustrated ideas, outlined instructions. I believe we’re living in the real world and each person and each interaction builds our communication skills.
What are you most excited about for the upcoming Mompreneur Summit?
I’m very happy to know that your community is alive, well, and active, and would love to better understand the issues and concerns that mompreneurs have these days. I am a firm believer that there is an empowered communicator in each one of us and I want to share this with the audience.
